The market your competitors haven't found yet

Golf is the language of business. Black women have been left out of the conversation — until now.

The business case

This is where
power moves

The golf course has always been where relationships are built, promotions are decided, and deals are closed. That's not mythology — it's documented. And for most of history, Black women haven't had a seat at that table.

Not because they didn't belong. Because nobody built the experience for them.

Fairway Noir changes that. We create the conditions for Black women to participate in golf as a professional tool — not as guests in someone else's space, but as the ones who set the terms.

When you sponsor a Fairway Noir experience, you're not donating to a cause. You're accessing a market, investing in your pipeline, and putting your brand in a room that your competitors haven't found yet.

The research

The glass ceiling
has a grass
ceiling too.

"Women report golf as one of the primary informal networks they feel excluded from — which creates a measurable disadvantage for women in sales and leadership."

Business Horizons, 2020 · "Getting in the Game," Gray et al., Central Michigan University

The research is clear: golf is not just a sport — it's a professional access point. And for decades, Black women have been systematically excluded from it — by course culture, by the time demands the sport places on primary caregivers, and by an industry that designed its social rituals around a very specific demographic.

The market is changing. The players are changing. Fairway Noir is the infrastructure for that change. We make it possible for Black women to show up on the course as professionals — skilled, connected, and ready to play.

Voices from the course

What it feels like to finally belong here

"I've been in corporate America for 18 years. I've sat in thousands of conference rooms. I have never felt the kind of access and ease that I felt on that course with Fairway Noir. I closed two follow-up conversations within a week."

Director of Strategy

Fortune 100 Financial Services

"Our ERG has done a lot of events. Lunches, panels, mentorship programs. This was the first one where people were still texting each other three months later. The golf format does something that a conference room can't."

VP, Diversity & Inclusion

Global Technology Company

"I didn't know how to hold a club before The Executive Clinic. I went back to work and my managing director asked if I'd be on his team for the client tournament in June. That's not a coincidence."

Senior Associate

Top-5 Management Consulting Firm

"We sponsored The Crown Classic because we believe in it. What we didn't expect was the volume of inbound interest from Black women professionals who saw our logo on that event and reached out to our recruiting team."
